The White County Sheriff’s Office said a coordinated law enforcement operation on Oct. 23, 2026, targeting adults alleged to have been attempting to meet minors for sexual activity, resulted in the arrest of four men and the issuance of a warrant for a fifth.

Arrests, charges and locations

All four men were charged with Internet Stalking of a Child, a Class Y felony under Arkansas law. The sheriff’s office said investigators arranged meetings that defendants allegedly believed would be with minors; instead, law enforcement officers were present and took the suspects into custody.

  • Charles Allen, 58, of Judsonia — arrested in White County
  • Gordon Michaelis, 40, of Beebe — arrested in White County
  • Dodi Diana, 49, of Maryland — arrested in White County; immigration detainer placed
  • Hunter Cox, 23, of Benton — arrested outside White County by cooperating agencies

Judicial proceedings

On Monday, Oct. 26, 2026, Judge Mark Pate set bonds for the four defendants. The sheriff’s office released the bond amounts as follows:

Defendant Bond
Charles Allen $75,000
Gordon Michaelis $75,000
Hunter Cox $125,000
Dodi Diana $250,000

The sheriff’s office described the bond amounts as “pro” in its release. An arrest warrant has been issued for a fifth individual, and the investigation remains active, the office said.

Immigration detainer and interagency cooperation

Officials confirmed that Diana is an Indonesian national and that an immigration detainer was placed. The sheriff’s office said multiple law enforcement agencies cooperated in making the arrests; Cox was taken into custody by agencies outside White County based on evidence gathered by White County investigators.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless convicted in a court of law. The White County Sheriff’s Office said investigators will continue pursuing leads related to the operation and the outstanding warrant.
